I had a guy calling 'from Sky'. He then tried to offer me a deal 'better than Sky'. I couldn't believe someone could be that stupid.

Don't actually be fooled, some of these con men try to make you think they're from sky, especially if they're trying to sell maintenance contracts

I don't get that many cold calls, and am usually polite to them on the phone.

The only exception was when someone called asking me if I'd like to subscribe to Manchester United TV!

My reply still makes even me blush!

Just had another burk this morning, he said I've been asked by my management company to contact you as you could be having difficulties with your finances and we can help you, OH CAN YOU I YELL DOWN THE PHONE, PIN YOUR EARS BACK SONNY@@@@<*&%£"$*( he won't be ringing again

I keep getting a automatid call on my mobile saying they can help me with my debt.

Also get txt messages saying I am entitiled to £3750 for the accident I have had...................now I havent had any kind of accident, are they trying to tell me whats going to happen????

I just had another cold caller, best yet.

Told me my PC had download some malicious stuff and my PC had reported it to the Windows Live server and they had called to help me.

I put my shocked "oh know what will happen to my poor PC now" act on.

I was passed to a senior technician. He asked me to switch my PC on so he could help me sort it out.

I asked how he knew my PC had been infected and he ignored me.

I laughed and asked him why he had phoned me up just to lie to me. I said that some people are stupid enough to believe him and that he should be ashamed of himself. He hung up.

20 seconds later the phone rang again and it was him again. He said I would be ashamed after he had done things I cant mention to my wife, daughter and sister. Laughing I suggested he got on a plane from India and came and found out what would happen to him if he tried.

I was laughing all the way to school, I am surprised no one called the local nut house to take me away

He's a lovely lad Neil he rang me the other week too, I wasn't quite as gentle with him as you, I told him in words of one syllable exactly where to go and what to do when he got there, he hung up but didn't ring back
