I think I need some careers advice.
·When I was little I wanted to be a teacher but they said I didn’t have the class.
·Then I was thinking of becoming a train driver but I got sidetracked.
·So when I left school I worked in a bank, but eventually I just lost interest.
·I then thought of becoming a baker, but they don't make enough dough and the boss said I wasn’t really bred for it.
·I did get a job as a waitress in a cafe, but found the work wasn't my cup of tea.
·So for a while I was studying to be a doctor, but then I lost patients.
·I tried being a carpenter, but I got bored.
·For a few weeks I was a railroad conductor, until my boss found out I wasn't trained.
·I was taken on by an orange juice factory but I just couldn’t concentrate.
·Then I got a job with the Inland Revenue, but it was just too taxing.
·I wasn’t doing too badly as a sales assistant in a shoe shop, till they gave me the boot.
·I tried working at the glue factory but I just couldn’t stick that.
·I’d have had a go at being a marathon runner, but couldn't stand the agony of de feet.
·I did offer my services as a seamstress, but found the work to be just so-so.
·I considered a job in a casino in Las Vegas until I was offered a better deal...........
· on the reception desk of the hotel, but in the end I found I had too many reservations.
·I got so depressed being out of work that for a while I even considered becoming a nun, but I had too many bad habits.
·So now I’m thinking of selling computer parts, but I can’t help feeling I’ve lost my drive.
