One thing I did notice is that the happy countries seem to have an established social welfare system ... esp. government funded health care. The yanks just don't seem to get it, do they? Ah well, they can build a bunch more aircraft carriers, and invade a few more countries.

The red k is fine, I don't let it get to me any more - it did the first time cos I didn't know about it. I reckon someone really doesn't like me though. Their problem not mine.
