me thinks asda online has messed up
they are selling 20 x 330ml of heineken for 10p

Why have they messed up?
 Their selling it for what its worth, not what daft people will pay, 10p for 20 cans of kna'ts P seems fair, your just paying for the tins and getting the contents free  |

I have just placed a Tesco online order and notice that their prices can be adjusted between order and delivery. The mail confirming the order states-
"Prices Please note that the prices on our Grocery website are guide prices only. The actual price you pay will be the price charged in store at the time your order is picked for delivery. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery because the prices stated on the website may vary either above or below the prices in store on the day your order is picked and delivered." I used to have Asda deliveries but its a while since now - I expect their price policy is the same. So if you have ordered the beer and it has not been delivered yet, you may well be charged full correct price.

I thought I'd try my luck and order some of this beer but I didn't want it delivered until next week. However, I've had an email from Asda today informing me that the 10p pricing was a result of human error and that they will not be able to honour the order. They have taken the liberty of cancelling my order in its entirety and tell me I will need to book another delivery slot if I still want any other items on the order.
I did actually order over £100 of groceries as I had decided to get my weekly shopping from Asda this week as opposed to Sainsbury's who I usually use. I understand them cancelling the beer but I'm a bit surprised at them cancelling the whole order. Oh well, back to good old Sainsbury's it is then.
