wanna laugh lettie. For ages I thought verve were very strange when the song goes into the ninties I was absalutly convinced they were singing tighter than nighties. Had the kids in hysterics I can tell you.  :-[  :-[  :-[

Matchbox were a rock'n'roll band quite big in the seventies.
I saw them at the Guild Hall in Preston. It hadn't been open long I dont think.
Ee by gum I feel a trip down memory lane cumin on. All those gorgious Teddy boys in colourful Drapes, flourecent sox, winkle pickers D. As mmm.
The rockabilly boys in there waistcoats.
The girls in there circular skirts, bobby sox, ponytails. The music. Wonderful. Those were the days.

My best mate is worse, in the song 3 lions which everybody knows as the very famous football anthem, she actually thought they were singing Sealions on a shirt??? In the song We are familly I think it was sister sledge she thought they sang "You give me love in a femidom"
That's probably why we're mates, no one else will have us! :-[
