Hi everyone. Thanks for the welcome mat! Posting here because I wanted to test my avatar. It's my lovely tattoo I always promised myself I would have when I hit 30. Anyone else got any? (I hope it shows now......!)

It's in the small of my back, so I don't have to get it out if I don't want to
 A bit bigger than I expected when I was thinking about it, but I wanted the detail of it's face to be right.The needle wasn't half as bad as I expected, although my leg did twitch a couple of times. Quite funny now, but not at the time - I was scared he'd go wrong every time I moved! Only took an hour. |

I wouldn't want one myself and I do agree with Grannyclaret about people who have them and then regret it later, but I can also admire the talent and skill of a good tattoo artist, esecially when they do the ones with all the subtle shades and colours.
