Hey Em , if it weren't for the short sighted ness of some folk we would have our own panopticon on Coppice, instead of the mess that is there now.
The Atom at Wycollar looks nice too.

I recently went up to Haslingden, whilst there took a look at the panoptican .I think that's what they call them. I have to say I was quite impressed with it.
Does anybody know anything about it. Was it Rossendale Council who put it there?
