Perhaps he's a ****formance Artist.
Marcel Duchamp outraged the art world in 1917, when he exhibited his 'fountain' (pictured) at a Paris exhibition.  Perhaps this ones headed for a retrospective at the Tate.

might sound daft , but I've allways thought it would be a good idea to have one in a home bathroom , no bitching about the seat being left up or down , uses less water per flush etc.

I think it was Rindy. I am told he is building a public gents toilet on Foxhill Bank nature reserve. All he has left to do is cut some holes in the cubicle wall's
