I've just been reading a really interesting article whilst I was waiting to see someone in the Bank a little while ago. It was about psychological profiling of nuisances and bullies, including internet stalkers. I should have made a note of who it was by to see if I could find anything relating to it online. It was very well written and definitely explained some of the behaviour of some of the people we know. Even down to their own inability to see that it is them at fault and perceiving themselves as being badly done to etc.
