Ouch!!
I got up this morning with a very sore neck. It's sore right down my spine from the top of my neck. I don't know why?? I haven't done anything to make it this sore. If I put my head forward it kills. I think I might have got hit by a bus in my dreams cos thats how I feel.

I had a nice warm bath this morning and applied some DEEP HEAT....it eased for an hour, now it's back with a vengeance!!!

Anyone else ever gone to bed feeling fit as a fiddle and woke up feeling like you just done 10 rounds with mike Tyson

yes hun, ive got a bad back through sleeping....dont ask....try ibuprofen, they kick ass, and you can take them with paracetamol

im like that quite a lot these days slinky hope they can tell me more after ive had my eletrosis tests at preston royal on wednesday ooooer

I just wish I knew what had happened. I was on the comp for most of the day yesterday!! and sometimes that gives me neck ache.....but this is ridiculous now.....very bloody painful. Yes I'm gonna take 2 Ibuprofen now and see if it shifts it.

it might be they way you where sat slinks, i know i dont sit upright when i'm on the pc, i tend to slouch, that could be the root of your problem hun

Yes I do slouch when I'm on the comp. It was aching when I came off last night. But during the night, everytime I turned over in bed I was in agony. Just hope it goes soon, I'm going away tomoz. Or I will have to drink more beer to kill the pain.................purely medicinal purposes you see

Just going Cala Gran. It was a last minute decision so couldn't take time off work, so just going til friday, then back to work on saturday. But it will be nice to relax for a couple of days anyway.
