Re: power cut in Blackburn yesterday
I was also in town when the leccy went off, walked into a place and power went off, I looked down to see if I had tripped over a wire, lol
Then went to town hall and it was all in darkness and as someone has said the Mall was emptying with all the alarms going off...from what I understand it went off as far away as other side of shadsworth...I rang work near audley and that was off too....phone system is still not working properly there
