R.I.P. my green friends
Oh no ! I'm a murderer ! Hope no one will report me to the RSPCP .. I'll never get the hang of this ... think I had better look at plastic ones from now on...

Thanks Cashy for those kind words .... feel a little better now that it is not just me.
I do like plants ... they just don't seem to like me very much.
I will have another shot and go looking for some new ones. In the meantime, these are now destined for the green bin. Would you believe, as I tip them in I whisper how sorry I am to them .

Re: R.I.P. my green friends
Hmm, they are not dead yet.
Put them upside down in the bath for a day & then feed them with water & plant food.
You may heal them yet.
MrsMatty often almost kills off plants & giving them a bath has sometimes resurrected them.
Just dont do it at the weekend when everyone will expect to be able to have a bath

Kate, I am the kiss of death to plants too.....I was given a begonia for Christmas, so I rehomed it before my influence was felt by the plant......I am told it is thriving!

Cacti only need a bit of water every month during winter, just to keep them ticking over.

Re: R.I.P. my green friends
Kate, there is an amazing miracle solution that can keep plants alive. All you need is an empty milk bottle and the stuff that comes out of the tap, it's called water. Use the empty milk bottle to transport the stuff that comes out of the tap, over to the plant. If you do this on a regular basis, an amazing thing happens and your plants will flourish.
