heard about this this morning, I am guessing the dogs escaped from somewhere, I think they are supposed to be muzzled when out in public arnt they?

I hope they find who the dogs belonged to... that could have easily been a child.

This is truly gruesome ... must have taken a lot to kill that horse .. poor thing. Hope the owner is not some young person's prized pet or anything .. will have a profound effect on them.

All dogs of that nature are meant to be muzzled in public, not that it ever happens really and its never enforced either (well not to my knowledge and I have seen many dangerous dogs on the street without a muzzle)

We have two friendly dogs here and one is a rotty and the other is Aleks' dog and no bites so far... not from the dogs anyway.
