.......that got recycled to charity....didnt dare smell it!!!! LOL

in one of those plastic sealed see through things that no one can open or in the case of Hi Karate would want to open.

Got to admit that my dad looked a bit befuddled a few years ago when I got him a book. It was like he didn't know what to do with it. I think some men are only used to reading tabloids on the toilet..

One of the best pressies I got was from shortstuff, she bought me a book about submarine-warfare, I was really pleased with it, she also got me a dvd about Churchill, they are both keeping my interest still & are a very welcome change from socks & underwear.

So the answer is simple - you have to know what the individual is likely to be interested in. Which leaves me in exactly the same position as regards my male relative as he doesn't really seem to be interested in anything!
