So where did you have in mind for this shop?Which town or area? Remember Location, location, location
My own personal views, built on years of experience, is avoid having an office or shop at all costs., it increases your overheads and often necessitates staff - another expense, particularly in a recession. That said if you were looking at a certain area in Lancashire I might be interested either now or in the future |
