We are in the position of pursuing a new venture but not convinced that it requires a full shop/stall rent and wondered if anybody is interested in sharing?
As I said a long shot but you never know who is in the same boat

Dave ...you are asking for trouble.
If you are confident in the product you want to sell, take the bull by the horns and go for it yourself.
Don't under any circumstances enter into a partnership, you will become jointly and severally liable for any bebts that are incurred.
I speak from experience.
As has been suggested, try car boot or open market to test your product.
You will get a fair indication of customer reaction with much outlay.
Regards and good luck.........Roy
