Talking Statues From Around the World

Lancashire has more than its fair share of wonderful if wacky statues. In Blackburn, there is the "mum with the girl" and in Morcambe, a child being swung around by a parent - but check out THESE STATUES FROM AROUND THE WORLD

WARNING: Some of these statues are mildly ADULT!

Being originally from that neck of the woods, the shark in the roof (No. 29) was a great tourist attraction and had cars cruising the street night and day - but I believe the council forced the owners to remove it as there was no planning permission

I think my favourite amonst many is No.5 The man in the Manhole

Dial up users beware: A lot of info to be d/loaded
