I don't find it sad, I used to tape it. The show is highly entertaining IMHO watching how the contestants progress is great. Don't watch X Factor till it gets near the finals, to many idiots who can't sing but think they can again IMHO

Re: Strictly Come Dancing.....
Its the idiots that I like watching Bernie, I laugh and my 5year old cries when they cry I'm constantly telling her that they shouldn't apply if they cant sing, do like watching the dancing though, would love to have a go.

Re: Strictly Come Dancing.....
Got to agree about the dancing, wonder who will be first out next week. As for X Factor my grand-kids love it as well, just not my thing.

Knew some of them but what they define as famous generally means I don't know half of them. Still will be tuned in next week

Re: Strictly Come Dancing.....
Yep your right, why bother going out? Just get some wine or whatever you drink and stay in nice and cosy with good TV. Can't beat it

Re: Strictly Come Dancing.....
I thought John Barnes was terrible, and he got first place with the judges.
I think the ladies will wipe the dance floor with 'em.

Re: Strictly Come Dancing.....
I thought the snooker player was suprisingly light on his feet for a man of his size. Got to agree the women did look good tonight but don't forget it must take a lot of the pressure off not having to do individual dances. Next week will be crunch time for them

Re: Strictly Come Dancing.....
I missed it - and most of x-factor as well. Someone popped round for five minutes, ended up with a glass of wine and staying for over an hour!
