No I don't speak Russian.
All I know is if you put it in a web page you get what Harry said. Then if you put it into Babel Fish translation you get what I said

The bit at the end of your translation "# y0"ya;" was caused by a space between the hash and first number which I corrected and indeed put in a web browser as you say

I use bablefish as well for the french site pre holiday investigations but didnt think to use it for that...
