Re: The Apprentice
I actually think the singles day could have worked, but at a more 'dead' time of year in the card industry ie Summer Months.
Along with Rindi's Sorry cards, could go Thank You ones as well, but again with a more generic range. we all get flowers or chocolates to thank someone for doing something, but the card range could be increased (thank you for being my mum/son/father/daughter, Thank you for being a friend etc etc etc)

I think I've already seen large ranges of 'thanks' cards in the shops.
Still not convinced about having a single's day to sell cards. There's nothing stopping singles sending Valentine's cards, after all you are supposed to send them anonymously, and their original intention was to send a message of love for those it had so far alluded.
Still, you're the project leader so it's your decission... I'll just slag you off in the boardroom if we don't win.

Re: The Apprentice
I honestly don't know what sort of cards i'd do.
He was right to fire Kevin, i mean i was literally cringing when he was pitching to Clintons. It was so bad!! I think they were a bit mean to Sara at the end. There was definately 3 people more responsible for loosing the task: Kevin, and the wicked witches Claire & Jenny. One of them should have stepped up to help with the pitch. They were too busy bigging themselves up and when it came to the crunch and they could see that they were in trouble they did nothing to help. But I suppose that was to let Kevin take the fall for them. And they wouldn't have had much responsibility.

It's frightening just how dim some of them are!
Anyway, a double whammy tonight, with two of my least favourite people being given the boot.

Oh it's good tonight, the panel certainly don't hold back telling them what they think of them.
I won't spoil it further...enjoy.

Enjoyed it but don't think for one minute their inflated egos will take one bit of notice
