The virtual Grand National - this is the race thread
Right, here we are with the trainers, horses and jockies
Trainer Bonnyboy with the horse Rainbow Cottage - Jockey Tracy J
Trainer Emzy with the horse Romping Home – Jockey Grannyclaret
Trainer Emamum23 with the horse Onthewaytogluefactory – Jockey Moon
Trainer Royboy39 with the horse West Tip – Jockey Nickelson
Trainer Bernadette with the horse Honeypot – Jockey LancsYorkYankee
Trainer Garinda with the horse The Kings Horse – Jockey Cyfr
Trainer Shillelagh with the horse Spuggelicious – Jockey Slinky
Trainer Ber999T with the horse Bluelighttaxi - Jockey Lindsey Ormerod
Trainer Nikkival with the horse Norfolk 'n' Good – Jockey Cherokee
Trainer Jaysay with the horse The Peter Principle
Trainer Miss Kitty with the horse Kittykixass – Jockey Lee
Sorry Jaysay but unless you can find a jockey very soon, you'll have to sit this one out.
So here are the rules - it's very easy
To win the race each team has to count to twenty. To do this all you have to do is count alternately - jockey and trainer.
BUT - you can not follow each other immediately.
So for example Garinda could start for his team by posting ONE, then Cyfr would post TWO, Garinda THREE etc. But there has to be at least one post from another team in between every one of Garinda's and Cyfr's moves. Following each other immediately will mean disqualification, as will missing any numbers or not going alternately!!!!!!
Is that straightforward?
BUT - YOU CAN ONLY START WHEN THE RACE GOES UNDER STARTERS ORDERS - IN OTHER WORDS - WHEN I SAY SO. SO DON'T HAVE A FALSE START.

She'll be riding for Jaysay, but will actually have to mount, and say giddy up, on his nag The Peter Principle.

Do rather suit blue more than red though Garinda .. ok I'm facile.
Love a bit of charity work now and then, and the mount is not too high ...
Just love to see Peter chomping at the bit .. can maybe draw in the reins a little during the race.
Don't worry Jaysay ... am committed now, and play to win. ! Hope won't finish up like this though :-

Ditch the silks, do a Lady Godiva...more streamlined.
Damn, what am I doing giving the opposition tips for?
Here, give this funny smelling sugar lump to your horse.

Is there a prize for last to finish? My horse has no chance unless LYL starts coming on-line more often.

The trainer is how I read it as Garinda is the trainer and Cyfr the jockey. Please don't complicate things more just read the rules
