Time to go!
Well, having seen the latest batch of pictures in the sober light of day I have come to the conclusion that CARE IN THE COMMUNITY isn't working.
Therefore I think we should all get together & force Staggers to apply to the council for a change of use concerning the Stag Inn. It should now become The Stag Inn & Care Home for the depraved Computer user. This should prove to be quite a profitable adventure for him & Mandy because they would be able to claim a large amount of money per inmate (erm, guest) plus they would make extra profit selling drinks to the caring relatives that would come to visit. In my case for example, I'm sure my relatives would be willing to pay quite a bit extra just for Staggers to ensure that I had enough alcohol to keep me in a vegetated state so that I wouldn't notice if they came to visit or not. Also it would not be too time consuming so far as feeding is concerned Just a large pan of hot-pot (plenty of carrots for Sparks & extra red cabbage for Lettie). To keep his residents entertained on sunny days he could sit them out on the front benches & to ensure that they didn't move could just start a conversation going with words such as "Has any-one any idea why this place was built facing the way it does?" Having got the people now debating this he can sneak inside make himself a brew & watch the money increase, in case of emergency he should however have a back up subject, so if he leaves a window open he can stop any break in the conversation by shouting out to them, "does any-one know how many bricks it took to build the chimney outside Rist wires?", as the chimney no longer exists no-one would be able to give the correct answer but Staggers can get on with studying the horses knowing that he won't have to bother about them for hours.

By the way Staggers you'd better have a secure wing, I was talking to this guy in a red suit last night, he's really in a bad way, he kept telling me that Mick does exist!
