Today I met a few Accywebbers.
Unfortunate circumstances though but even so it was nice to put faces to members.

One seemed intent on taking my picture, no prizes for guessing who.

I was just trying to work out the last time I had a drink in pub in Accrington and Colin, the Irish landlord, had the Castle on Whalley road and the Royal on Meadow street was still open.

All those that lived through the seventies try to recall the time, somehow we seemed to be too busy enjoying ourselves to spare the time to make memories!

I'm the same with the sixties Less. By the seventies I was starting to settle down a bit, only slightly.
