I'm well aware of how I come across on here and I'm honestly nothing like as stuffy as I probably come over. It's just that sometimes I have to be very careful about the way I say things just in case it's misinterpreted or in case it's sensitive information. Also, I sometimes have to be careful about what I say as once it's written down it could in the future be used against me.
There is a thread on here somewhere when I was just the other side of tipsy - I don't think I'll be able to find it now - but I let my guard down then

You would not see an accywebber if they sat next to you on the bus so no chance you seeing them in town
The amount of accyweb members i meet in town is that many i have to add another hour to any shopping i have to do or if i am meeting someone at 12 i leave home at 11 to make sure i get there around 12 just in case i get stopped i must admit i do enjoy meeting accyweb members though.
By the way i will be in Asda about 11am tomorrow (sat) so if you see me stop me for a chat i dont bite (much)

Re: Today I met an Accywebber...
If you must know, I couldn't sleep (as any accywebber who stays on til the early hours will know is a common occurrence) so I walked to asda to buy The Economist and a new toothbrush.

Re: Today I met an Accywebber...
Can I tell you what frustrates me most? I go into town or I'm at an event and I see someone looking at me who I don't know. Then I get home and get a pm from someone on here saying "Hi it's ******, I saw you at such and such a place but you looked a bit busy so I didn't come over to introduce myself".
Or I'm at the event and afterwards get a pm from someone saying, "did you know such and such was there" and then they proceed to reel off a list of Accywebbers that were at the event who didn't say hello.

Re: Today I met an Accywebber...
Some members leave a lasting impression so don't need to introduce themselves
