I hate these tests, they're a psychologists way of thinking that they can define every personality by lumping them into a category, which we all know is not true. I would refuse to work for anybody who asked me to do one of these.
Thankfully in my job, promotions are few and far between (dead man's shoes), they look at experience, qualifications and you get the good old fashioned interview (sometimes including a presentation for more senior roles) Luckily I'm the kind of person who can pull a presentation out of my bum at short notice....
