There's a website called "The Glass Door" which might help you. It outlines what some people have experienced during their BT interviews and assessments. As it's a four hour interview, you might have to meet more than one person. Generally ... there's questions about why you want to work for them; and they go through your CV and ask questions about it. Then apparently there's an assessment.

Re: Bt

i think you have to sit and giggle at people as they wait in the que listening to elevator music. The person who gets someone to hold on in the que the longest gets the job.Instant promotion if you cut them off just as their turn comes along.

4 hours is about how long teh average battery charge lasts on a cordless phone hence the 4 hour interview

PS

how did it go

Re: Bt

the interview is 10 minutes, the rest of the time you are put on hold in a little waiting room and forced to listen to muzak. You are told every 10 minutes what number you are in line for interview.
