Why not just go to Jobserve like the rest of the IT industry?

What experience do you have( Unix, Solaris, Java, C++/#, WebSphere, IAS, Oracle, DB2, etc). Is it all informal or do you have Blue chip experience? There was a Unix sys admin in Lancashire going at £32-40K yesterday. The link was on the Register.
