Do you know the location

Unearthed this pic during the research of my second book with Garth Dawson.
Does anyone know the location and maybe a story or two about this area of Accy?

Hmmm,must be an invisible part of Accrington I don't know about.Perhaps it's the destination called "sorry,not in service" that alot of buses go to but no one catches the bus.

How do you know there's no-one on those buses? If they're going to an invisible location they could very well be taking invisible people!
