Wynonie. I was at St Peters from 1954 to 1958. Moved to St Christophers but my younger brother Brian was still there in 1958, and my sister Josephine left in 1960. I remember some of the people in my year. Billy Greenwood, Roy Hargreaves, Jimmy Whittle, Aggie and jenny Dodds, David Cairns etc. The main enterance was on Willows lane but we all used the rear entrance. Over the road on Brown street and Peter street was St Oswalds catholic school.

Remember Jimmy Whittle, he lived on Richmond St opposite Pennock's shop. Was in the same class as his younger brother, Alan. As your brother's called Brian and your sister's called Josephine, I'm assuming your last name is Stephenson?

Yes but spelt Stevenson mate. Jimmy went in the army and I think he changed his name to Pickering.
Did we know each other.

Sorry for the misspelling, Mog. My name's Steve Pilkington but we didn't know each other. I just remember your Brian and Josephine at St Peter's. Also recall Billy Athis (who you mentioned in another thread) and his sister Mary living round the corner from me in Willows Lane.
