Diane - how do you post pics, so they come up as thumbnails and not a bold link? Cheers
I'm not an expert but I have learned to re-size my photos down in Microsoft Office first and then just go through the manage attachments screen which pops up when you click on the paper-clip! If there is no paper-clip click the go advanced option first and it should appear.

Just uploading this one as a test? Cheers it worked using that method!
I gave pictorial instructions in the Woodnook in Pictures thread.......makes it easy for those who don't know how to upload...or what they should be looking for.......anyway I see that you have managed it now...well done.

Today in Pictures. Coppice re-visited, it's been over a month since my last Coppice caper, so it was time to see how the season had moved on.
1. Up the long slope to the left of the Coppice.
2. Thought where does that path go, almost vertical up to the top, nearly put my lamps out.
3. It was a bit busy today, just shows what a bit of sun does.
4. A younger section of plantings, quite dense and difficult to walk through.
5. Looking down at an older section of planted Larch.
6. Looking across the top of the planted area.
7. Middle Lodge in the background.
8. Middle Lodge from the "top end"
9. Looking across to Hameldon Hill.
10. Close up of a Larch branch.
A jaunt out to Holland again today, but a little further afield to Delfzijl & through Bellingwolde, proper touristy so it is.
Anyways, a mixed bag of images, should be something to appeal to most folk,
(1) Floral hedgerows (2) A view of Delfzijl (3) Curious Donkeys at Bellingwolde (4) Sheep shearing on the Dyke with the Ems & Emden in the back ground (5) Museum/Exhibition working Mill at Delfzijl (6) Do I really need to say anything ? (7) Bee in the hedgerow flowers.

Well I was pasting in the link to the photo and posting that - but I wanted to get the thumbnail in - and now I know how - cheers!

I have been away for the week....I haven't any pics for today, but I hope to be allowed some licence to post some pictures from my jaunt away with Ma.......after all we did go to exotic climes.......it begins with 'L'...no it wasn't Las Vegas...it was Lytham St Anne's.
Here are my offerings.
1) a band of golden sunset, under the pier.
2) Evening skies.
3) These three donkeys were making a bid for freedom - they were brought back by the 'guards'.
4) The beach at Lytham St Annes.....families enjoying the sunshine.
5) The floral windmill at Lytham.
6) I couldn't resist this bike.
7) A collard dove on the chimney pot above our room.
8) Marshmallow pink hydrangea....just looking at it makes me think of marshmallows....I can almost taste them.
9) The Windmill. Taken from below.
None of these shots are colour enhanced...just resized to make them fit accyweb.

Have just been looking at your Flickr pics - wondered where you had been all week! How did you manage to get a pass to go away with Ma when there are little ones to be looked after? At least it got you away from the Olympics!
I like the pier - and Rambo on Flickr - and more bikes!

Right - thought they were only going for the w/e to IOM... and shouldn't that be "Ma" time??
