Firstly night time fishing usually means 1 of 2 things (a) Your doing it on the fly or (b) You're out to get rascally drunk with your mates. Actually it can be a combo of both.
Not many chips there Mo, I'd of asked 'em for a few more me.
In fact there were 2 lads fishing and 4 others who had set up a camp-fire and were up to no good They weren't expecting us oldies...
Had probably scoffed most of them DiG! The fish you get there is really fresh and is huge -I didn't finish it all...and I can put quite a bit away!

Today in Pictures, "where does that go" had me looking down at Whalley, and I was parked up on Blackburn Old Road Gt Harwood.
1. Wood Sorrel in the pine woods.
2. Heading down to the reservoirs.
3. After wandering, it brought me to this little hamlet.
4. After legging it down a long and winding road, I was looking down at Whalley, I thought its time for a right turn.
5. Straight into this pine forest.
6. Out the other side, and looking across to Hameldon.
7. After a muddy left turn, we were in sight of the starting point.
8. Cant pass a fungi without dropping on my belly, I must stop doing it in Asda.
9. Looking a bit bedraggled a Small Copper Butterfly.
10. Just as we got to the car, it looked a bit "iffy", it started to rain a bit as we got out of the car at home.
How in the world did u manage to capture that second to last one?
stealth, on tip toes, I managed about 6 photos before it flew away, I then focused on a green veined one, if I was being watched from a distance it would look like I was practising for a part as panto baddy.
I was trying myself but the buggers never seem to stop flying.
