as promised, a few pics from my extensive collection from my thursday night outing,
parked up on "the struggle", and after doing a night on red scree, and a circular walk carrying 15kg, getting back to the car that last 10 mins, i know why its called the struggle, no pictures of that, i was to knackered lol

If you had the place to yourself, how are you taking the pictures of you on a peak?
just use the timer, and take a small lightweight tripod, however i broke that thursday, it was horizontal on my pack and i knocked the head off going through a gate, i think the one you are talking about i had the camera resting on a cairn, enough time to press and get in position, so its a staged pose, but thats why i do it from back, and it draws you in to see what i am seeing, well thats the attempt lol,
1. Five seconds from Gt Harwood main street.
2. Same place just turned around. It felt like places of my youth.
3. A squirrel introducing itself in Mercer Park. He said he was called Cyril.
4. Lower Barns street.
5. Hyndburn Brook Weir, and wet socks.
6. I'm off with my fungi again.
7. Ditto.
8. What happened here, a car bumper in a tree, and a sunken canoe.
9. Spagnum moss growing on a tree branch, anybody got a ladder............help
