You know Susie. That is why I stopped to take that with my phone. I wish I had my 14MP camera with me for that one. It was one of those days where the clouds are stuck firmly in one place. Almost feels like they had been drawn onto the sky

Know what you mean Rob. Get them often here. But then - when you turn round to get the camera and turn back - they've moved! Great shot anyway.

Still on the Lancaster canal, bridges and other odds and ends today.
1 Footbridge over the canal basin to the pub! You can see the reflection of the hospital chimney better than you can see the chimney itself
2 Reflection of the footbridge
3 Underside of the footbridge
4 Lamp on the end of the footbridge
5 Benches and tree from under the A6 bridge
6 Long view from under the A6 bridge
7 Looking away from the basin under the A6 bridge - a bit out of focus, but I like the shot!
8 Lovely old bridge at the far end of the basin
9 Not the railway station, then...
10 Mooring ring under the footbridge

Showing us that ice cream is a little bit like torture, and should be against the law.

1. As we set off through Broad Oak Works we found a small weir.
2. Walking through the Clough halfway up we arrived here.
3. It was a slippery climb down to get there.
4. Moving further up we found this.
5. This was the next stop on the way up.
6. we walk a bit further up.
7. The houses here butt up to Warmden Water.
8. Just before we emerge on Warmden Avenue I notice this very small fungus.
9. We emerge at Warmden Avenue and go straight back in on a different path, and found these in sight of Grafton Avenue.
10. We changed Clough, Warmden for Priestly, I took this fungi before, but didn't like the shot, so went back to re-do it. This is in sight of the old Highams Factory. It reminds me of Daffy Duck.
