Its not often the colours are noticed due to it being ground cover, but when you get close they look a bit tropical.

Re: Today in pictures
Today in Pictures, the day was dull around Foxhill.
1. A fungal foray.
2. A wonky wall.
3. The top res, with the new kingfisher wall. (to encourage the visiting kingfishers to breed )
4. My mum says I haven't to climb trees anymore.
5. The res from the kingfisher bank side.
6. The stream that flows between the two reservoirs.
7. Its a Jelly Ear fungi.
8. I've got a bad case of catkins.
9. One from left field, the view from the car park at Pets at Home, Blackburn.

As my camera is a compact I put it in my pocket without thinking, sometimes I dont see anything to snap, other times I do.

Annoying I was in Lancaster today, saw a few things I would have liked to snap and of course no camera - too many other things to put in my bag and not the right kind of pockets - I'm always afraid the camera will fall out.

There are some houses like that in Morecambe, they get later and later each year, think it's because the leccy bill keeps going up!

I've had a big thunk, and I now thunk I know which house you are referring to, railway engine decor. Although I am a miserable git when it comes to the festive season, and can't wait for it to be over, I don't mind other people having their ding dong merrily on high, just keep it to yourself.
trying not to wander to far from the thread, this year I could have bought mince pies and fireworks at the same time as my Halloween costume.

Oh No Rob...not me...on the canal bank in the dark. Far too dangerous.
I'd be drinking with the little fishes.
If we get a dry evening I might walk up the road and take a pic. I know Dave has the same camers as me, and it doesn't seem to mind the water.....but me? Well, I'm still very chary about taking my camera out in wet weather.

Oh what a sad picture number three is. Poor teddy, left out in the cold, cold rain.
