If you go onto the link I've posted about the place there is an excellent film which shows you all about the people who took the mill on and restored it -they chose the colours! They also show how it all works interspersed with other details about the history of the place, their products and the people who work there. Worth watching -you can see just how noisy the machinery is!
The film is definitely worth watching - I can recommend it!
“Beauty is an experience, nothing else. It is not a fixed pattern or an arrangement of features. It is something felt, a glow or a communicated sense of fineness.” ~ D. H. Lawrence
Today in Pictures, bit of a clog and a pump day, not much time, forgot my glasses, only had my compact camera so couldn't see the settings, anyway here is the best of a bad bunch.
1. Its always good to start prostrate in wet grass.
2. Very striking colour.
3. This was constructed over the Winter, it is now maturing.
4. What can I say.
5. Must get back before it rains again.
6. The Sensory Garden and Mercer House.
7. Thats the last of those.
8. These were recently placed in the Sensory Garden, thats all I know.
9. These were all I could find, there might be more, or not, as the case may be.

It wasn't apparent until I got it on the computer, mind you that happens a lot. I load stuff onto the computer and see things that I didn't at the time.

I noticed it is used for that now on an unofficial basis.
