Nice reflections in number 5... Did you have a balaclava on to hide you from all those CCTV cameras?!

Thanks, that's a good question that i could, probably will end up going into one about.but in short:
I often find myself torn between respecting folks right not to have someone on their property an pursuing my hobby/interest.
I am no way claiming to be a law guru, but,Trespass is a civil offence, except on certain sites ( military, heritage, railways, government an a few others). It is up to the landowner to press charges, the Crown won't.
Police under direction from the landowner have the right to remove you from their property using reasonable force. However you may also be arrested till the police are enlightened as to what you was upto.
As I've mentioned somewhere before I NEVER cause damage to gain entry to a property, and my signature says the rest
Hope this helps,if you want me to go into one just ask

Taking pics of some of the places you see is DANGEROUS . I do not condone or encourage breaking the law or unsafe behavior.
I think you are brave to even think about going into some of those places.
Your pics are interesting, and give us an insight into the dereliction that is in our midst.
It is sad when buildings fall into such disrepair...especially when they have previously served the community well.
I am sure more could be done to make some of these premises habitable spaces, either for work or for living.
You just need to be able to think outside the box(I hate that phrase, but cannot think of another that encapsulates what i mean)

Thanks Margret,I'm glad my intent isn't going unobserved.
I couldn't agree more,it means a lot
I appreciate all the pictures that are put into this thread.
It means that we are able to see places that perhaps we would not visit/be able to visit from the comfort of our own home.
They give us an interesting window on the world that we would not otherwise see.

I think I sort of understand, I wasn't having a dig at you doing it, more what would happen if I did it. So if its open and you can walk in unchallenged and provided you leave when asked to, you are not committing an offence.
Now the paths are in, although not finished yet, it makes it a clean walk when other walks are under water. I have noticed an increase in usage as well, even when the weather is pants.
