I think the fact that the cat is surrounded by greenery also fosters this impression too.
BB eh?
Well, we would be in good company then. I like cats better than I like some people.

She is alright for a lady of advanced years.
I will tell her that you have asked about her.

Today in Pictures, good to see some people had the sun today, here we were not so lucky, overcast with a bit of a wind blowing things out of focus.
1. Part of Huncoat Colliery site.
2. The Cherries are still the dominant tree flower at the moment.
3. The Bluebells are no where near to being in full flower.
4. Mayflowers are dotted about.
5. I stood here waiting for a lion to come charging out.
6. Not entirely sure what it is, but it was just the one flower hidden among a pile of the rubble that used to be the colliery, noticed by no one, well apart from me, and I suppose you now.
7. Have you met our Daisy.
8. I think these look better closed up waiting for the sun.
9. I don't know why, but I saw this and thought of the Beverley Sisters, I know, it doesn't make sense. (Marestails)
10. Back to the car, and a bit of negative space.
Todays hurtle took us to Bückeburg, Minden & finally catching up with friends (and their machines) at Atter.
Kaiser "Bill" monument on the Wittekindsberg - Minden, river Weser & surrounding Country from the Wittekindsberg - Stitchy farmer Gilesing it with the Grimlin in tow - Witchy transporter? - Deary me, that didn't go to well now did it? - Whatever! Just get aboard something bigger why not? - Where's the coffee cup holder? - Broomsticks broken it seems.
More squirrels ... I kinda like 'em ... And Babs is back ... she's getting up in years and I didn't think she'd make it. I'm waiting on two more: Gus and Boston. I think I caught a glimpse of Gus a couple of months ago, but I haven't seen Boston since last November.
Eric, I hope the other cats turn up soon.....looking forward to pictures when they do.

What a change from yesterday -storms gathered during the night and it bucketed down all morning. Went for a wander between showers in the afternoon. Found some early mulberries entwined with dog-roses. A fig tree is already well on with new fruit near the old mill house. A few shots around Castelnuovo del Zappa including the excellent Valentino's restaurant (can recommend!) Found the first wild Iris of the year as I sped up on the way back - there were threatening skies.

Nicola and her family have been over to the Isle of Man for a family celebration.......they left the two JRT puppies with us.
I took this picture last night.
The two puppies have run around like they are on wheels. They have had a go at terrorising Pasha.....and failed miserably.
She was waiting on the landing this morning and ambushed Buster.....she gave him a right pasting and he howled like a girl.
I thought she had ripped an eye out the way he was carrying on.
Anyway, it taught him a lesson.....and he gave her a very wide berth for the rest of the day.
They have returned home now.....so we can all relax!
