Today in Pictures, bobbing about in the Buttercups, I discovered my hayfever I though I had grown out of years ago.
1. The field behind St Mary's Burial Ground.
2. Same field, just a bit further down, Pendle in the distance.
3. Heading for the gate to the Millennium Woods.
4. There is the gate.
5. Looking out from the woods into the field we will be going back through.
6. Just a bit further around.
7. Make yourself Comfrey whilst I pick some Nitbone.
8. In the field that houses the Petre Family vault.
9. There it is.
10. The main entrance into the burial ground.
That appears to have sorted whatever it was that posted my post pear shaped.
Been rather pre-occupied over the last couple of days, faamilee! And what not, so an extrapolation of the last couple of days.
(Friday) A well oiled & happy bunch of Williamses! - Guest appearance of Tess - (Saturday) Ijmuiden NL Old defensive positions - KLM Jet - Witch & Bitch "Alt Fischer Haven" Ijmuiden - Homeward bound & a stopover in Schüttorf DE at the "Firlefanz" - (Sunday) Wilhelmshaven & the Kaiser Wilhelm Brücke in the Harbour - German Navy Museum - A scuttle along the coast to the new Jade Port facility & a rather raucous Oyster catcher - Finally, down to Emden & the spotting of a spotter spotting (Father dear ).
Just because he was hay-making. It looks pretty poor-quality stuff in any case -you couldn't have spoilt it

He said he didn`t want dogs crapping in his fields that were sometimes used for his animals. It`s fair enough, they are his fields, and there is no public right of way through there. I just take them through there away from bicycles etc. with the thinking if anyone complains I`ll stop.

"Bobbing about in buttercups" might be a bit risqué - or then again akin to "The Darling buds of May" who knows -in any case it sounds like the title of a novel! Lovely photos!

I never thought of it as risqué, just that Bob was bobbing about in the Buttercups, I think you should go and sit on the naughty step for those thoughts.
Love the critters...all of them...but specially like Hope lounging like a lady on the couch......and the cat perched on the cushion.
The bikes could go in this new competition.
