Re: Today in pictures

Father dear & Bev are over again so it's time for a family hoolly & the ubiquitous trips to the spotter regions.

Our Lad & his Girlfriends new Pooch (Deutsche Dogge 14 weeks old which managed to widdle 3 times & poop once while it was here, ah the joys of pups ) -Up at Emden & a Puppy training group - Looking at the inner harbour - Emdener Tor, the Heureka & Rathaus - Heading off to the big boats - The spotter squad - After an hour bobbing about heading back to the jetty - then round the outside, oh look another boat - Heading home via Leer, the historic museums ship "Bertus Freede" an old Tug put in an appearance.

Interesting place -like the look of the harbour and especially that steam-boat.

That is me. Did 2 scuba and 1 snorkel. There were thousands of fish but we weren`t allowed to take cameras on the scuba dives. I had to buy these photos.

Re: Today in pictures

I returned from my evening refreshments at about 9PM and the 400mm lens I used for the Lancaster photos was still on the Nikon so I popped it through the window and snapped the moon, I didn't bother with a tripod but if it is as clear tonight I will use a 800mm lens and tripod. Maybe see the flag the Yanks are supposed to have left there.
