Dave, have you got a pan pipe that whistles up the different kind of bugs?
Lovely pics, places that are known to me, but look different through your camera lens.

Re: Today in pictures

Oh , wow! Wonderful photos all round -are we sure Dave's surname is not Bailey!!!?

Lamented the lack of enough Karma for all these fantastic photos - some "joker" sent me red K (no sweat was taken as a joke!)

-I was genuine in saying I need more to spread around!

Am in debt - and you are right - well spotted!

Don't have enough K to go round. Will send tomorrow hopefully.

Yes
Wahoy Res is off Green Arms Road off the A666 between Darwen andBolton. From the car park you can walk around either Enwistle Res or Wayoh or combine the two in a figure of eight.

Re: Today in pictures

In the middle of the road leading to Burnley Road

Under the vidaduct

When I was a lot younger; my sister and a couple of friends used to climb up there and sit on those blocks sticking out.

Steiner Street
Where the houses used to be; these are growing.

Waterfall, River Hyndburn

Tunnel that goes under the asda car park. Again when I was a lot younger; my sisters and my friends used to put their wellies on and walk under that tunnel. There was no way I was going to walk under that and risk the wrath of my Mother. Perhaps I was a little scared too. I used to run across the car park and wait there for them to emerge. Also a trolley has made its way there....
