Shame about missing the F16's & yes you're right about the SU30 not much between the 30/34 & the big transport is the C17 (knowing the nationality helps as you can check their active aircraft list), still, don't mind being corrected when there's those pics to view.

I only know what they were (SU-30 & C-17) because I was told today, wouldn`t have had a clue otherwise so you (and Stevie R) did way better than I would have.
Today was a day that can only be described as extreme, when on the top the clouds descended with heavy rain and visibility vanished. Coming off the tops was like the descent in an airplane, total cloud then a glimpse of the ground, then dropping below it altogether. The up side to this was I had to take a path I had not used before just to get off the top, which resulted in the discovery of a mountain stream, and that reminded me of an advert for menthol cigarettes, but I will return when the weather is not as pants as it was today.
For the more observant of you, you'll be aware we've moved (a glance in the location box) we're still in "Bier & Bratwurst" land but a more gentrified area, leafy suburb & no scuzzbuckets (except us ). Don't think the neighbours have clocked us yet but the signs are there see for yourself!
We've also got a mass of bestiary here abouts, here's a few from throughout the week enjoy.
Our House, out front - the mungous lawn that took me near on 2 hours to mow yesterday - Our house, out back - The Mongit (looking suitable put upon) by the ever play ready Niggy - Mrs Tiggywinkles German cousin (I know it's a bit fuzzy but the little scallywags can't half put a shift on) - A Field Hare that came & made itself comfortable in the garden Wednesday evening - A Wood Mouse on our rubble pile (renovations) rockery - So we gave it some nibbles - We've got "Furrys" at the bottom of the garden, noisily grappling their nuts! (from the 2 hazelnut trees) - Only 1 Beer tonight as tomorrow's a School day (Aye, it's a 1Ltr can ).
Looks very commodious.
I like the wild life you have in your garden....it is far too posh to call a backyard.
Great pics son....More please and a blog about the move might just be welcome reading.
How you came to move....More about the house etc.
I am not nosey...Just curious(that is the posh word for nosey)

It is that Ma, it's a fair big old place for us 2 & the Hound, having said that though we've got that much clobber .....
Yes, I know that feeling. Clutter expands so that it fits the space available......and when it exceeds this you have to move to a bigger place.

Number 2 looks like the dreadedly invasive Purple Loosestrife - it's all over the place over here. I love the swans, although the one on the right seems to be saying "What the heck are YOU doing here!!" Hah hah

You are right it is Loosestrife, but I don't think it is very invasive over here, and is looked at as a source of food for butterflies. Those Swans were hissing at me, I think more because I didn't have bread.
