Rob, I am envious of your photographic jaunt around the capital.
I have not been to stay in London since I was about 9 years old.
You do not value the sights properly at that age and you certainly don't take much notice of the architecture.
I would love to spend a week down there, on the hoof with my camera and a bit of dry weather.....until then I will have to make do with your lovely pictures to show me just what I have been missing.
Thanks for the trip....loved it!

A fungi is still a fungi, I am still not finding them in any quantity around here, perhaps they are waiting for a covering of leaves, I will however be ever vigilant, and keep my fungi detector turned to maximum.

Re: Today in pictures

Today was a short walk up a green corridor between Moorgate industrial site and the motorway, it turned into a bit longer of an escapade when I spotted the wet bits on the canal.

Can't remember too much about it ... I was, er, drunk at the time. But sometimes I passed up on the bus and spent my last tanner on chips ... and then I took shanks' pony home. Oh for the days when social networking was grabbing a bus to meet your friends at the New Brewery. Now there's probably a bloody app for that.

Re: Today in pictures

I visited coporation park the other day to look at the old Victorian conservatory/greenhouse.
I must say,its a impressive structure but the plants inside could do with a good watering and a bit of TLC.
