Re: Today in pictures

More from yesterdays Jaunt.
1) The art Gallery. The steps by the side of the gallery lead into the lovely terrace with the coloured houses.
2) steps from the terrace to the main street...the come out opposite Costa Coffee.
3) Autumn blooms for sale outside the florists......I loved the displays outside that shop.
4) signpost telling you where to go .
5) looking down the mainstreet from the path up to the Castle.
6) More butterflies and bees. I don't know what the bush is(Davemac will know) but it was a definite fave with the bees. I don't know what brand the butterflies are either.......I need the help of a lepidopterist...they were quite large butterflies.
7) looking down the mainstreet from the top of the castle.
8) two poppies with visitors. These were at the foot of the statue of the soldier...very fitting.
9) looking out over the roof tops of Clitheroe.
10) A patriotically painted bike.

I hope you like my offerings for today.

I know they are classed as vermin, but I love them.
Their antics make me smile.

I was down that way collecting a rather large part for my car so no room for both of them and Daisy`s better on long drives.
