It's called exify and is a good little tool, you see a shot you like and you can see the settings used to achieve it.
I have a similar program on my iPad.
I have never used it to look at info on other people's photos though.
Mainly used to recall where or when the photos were taken or if the photo is under or over exposed to see what had I done wrong. I almost always use full manual settings.

On the PC version you just have to put your mouse over the photo and if the infos there it shows it. It`s an add on that`s recommended on another forum I go on, it helps a lot to see settings of a photo you like.

Me too, except white balance which is always set to auto and easily corrected later (if I remember to) and focus which is about half & half depending what the photo is of and which lens I`m using.
Just lately, about 6 months, I`ve had the histogram showing in the corner of the display, helps a lot with getting exposure correct.
