Thankyou Kitchener, they are Daisy and Duke, I don`t know how often you look into the today in pictures thread but they feature occasionally in my offerings.

One from today's wander,I decided to go over to Great Harwood and walk part of the old railway line stopping off to look at the war graves at the cemetery.
As mentioned elsewhere, we were down south trying (mostly unsuccessfully) to find a white snowy Christmas! Despite all that, we had a few photo opportunities of which I'll be posting the next couple of days as compilations.
So Boxing day we went to Wasserburg am Inn, The river Inn, with an exceptionally low water level (x2) - Wasserburg am Inn - A paddling Mongling (x2) - Marion & Mongy with Wasserburg backdrop.
Tues 27th off to Rottach-Egern by Tegernsee, & up the "Wallberg". The ascent in a "Cable-car" (x3)
The rest of Tuesday was spent "High on the hill like a lonely goatherd, Lay Ee Odl Lay Ee Odl Lay Hee Hoo!" or something along those lines.
The Berge, Wallberg "Kircherl" & the Panorama restaurant - (x3) Wallberg "Kircherl", Marion & Lilo outside the "Kircherl" & inside the "Kircherl" - Sheltering from the bitter wind up on the Berg - Inside the Panorama restaurant - Heading back down the Berg & the view from the cable car (x4).
I managed a walk with my camera on the last day of the year, it was dark and a bit dismal but there were plenty of people around. Jackhouse reservoir, the first time in months.
