Any clue what this is

Does anybody have a clue what this is? The most likely suggestion I've had so far is an electric hole puncher for making leather shoes. It does seem designed for working with textile anyway because of the likeness to a sewing machine. The writing on the head of the machine says CISADUR which I think may be the make (already tried google). It also says Brevete SGDG (french for patent number I think). Also ETS SAGI-PARIS. It is 240 vaults.

Check out the pics and gimme a buzz if you can help me suss it

Cheers

It looks like a calico cutter are something like that. Good luck with it anyway, let us know if you find out what it is.

It’s a sheet metal nibbler, used for cutting irregular shapes out of thin gauge sheet metal and by the look of that one I wouldn’t want to plug it in.

Re: Any clue what this is

I plugged it in and I'm still in one piece! It goes up and down like crazy. I can take my research further now, thanks..
