as far as I know the rules about not packing medicines and make-up are still in place. You have to put them in a polythene bag. Check out the airline's website you are flying with, it will tell you. 15kgs is easy to find, it's between 14 & 16 on the weighing scales

LOL .. girl after me own heart Cherokee .... you can put these in either your suitcase or your hand luggage.
Oh Emamum .. do be careful about the weight, try and weigh if possible before you go, I was allowed 20 kgs on my last flight, and horror .. was 8 kilos over ! Cost me £48 there and then ... Don't know where you are going or for how long. Good thing is Ty only young yet, so expect his clothes will not weigh all that much. They never bothered on the return from Spain, (was 5 kilos over after leaving stuff at my friends) but Benipete offered an explanation that maybe it because the Spaniards figure you have purchased goods whilst there.

Definitely not ... as long as you are not taking steel suitcases ...
Think they may charge you if over and all in one suitcase though, as is 15 kilos each in one bag. Hope you understand what I am trying to say.
Presume you have worked out that 15 kilos is 33.07 lbs.

Re: any frequent flyers?
yeah, you have to have 2 suitcases weighing 15kgs or less not 1 suitcase between you weighing over 15kgs

Its always worth checking that you both get 15Kg's, they may give you less for children.

Re: any frequent flyers?
You may be asked to put make-up in your main case to go in the luggage hold rather than in your hand luggage. Sometimes they do. Shampoo and stuff should be in your main luggage. But no aerosols.

Re: any frequent flyers?
I would always put make-up in the main bag. You want as little as possible to drag around the airport especially when you have a monster with you. At least you can stick him on the trolley with the bags until you check in. that way you can see where he is
Where are you going Emma?
