Must be a commemorative coin to mark his passing.

When the 2 pound coins came out at first,The face of the queen was a much younger version, and she was wearing a necklace,,i got told that these would be worth a lot more ,because there was only a few made ,is this true ,will i be rich one day?

Unfortunately something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it. If they suddenly become in demand you could be sitting on a little goldmine. Otherwise they will always have their face value of £2.
