I don't think Asda at Accy have a storeroom as such any more. I have been told before that everything they have is on the shelves - maybe someone who works there can confirm that.
We use it sometimes and have rejected items close to the sell by date before that I would not have picked up if I had been in store personally.

Re: Asda grocery deliveries
I wont use Asda home delivery, they don't give the employee 10% discount online so it's always worth the 5 minute walk down the road to buy food in store.

Well from what I've heard they have some great bargains, Mtheads dad was telling me he goes in a lot and gets stuff at really good prices, but it won't be much good to me as I would be able to go and pick Te stuff for delivery, if I decide to start shopping in this way think I'll have to follow Margaret's way and use Asda

Re: Asda grocery deliveries
Just a warning for anyone that ever considers the Asda Smart Price Iron (£3.87) - don't bother unless your happy to dry your clothes again afterwards.
The design of it is naff & it sloshes water all over the place in use.
It needs a cork!
Still, it ironed my shirt before I took it back
