Aint got an old washer as sample, dropped to bits thats why I wanted the size but decided to buy a new flexi, will cost more in petrol to take owt back if its wrong size than it will for a new flexi

you can buy a washer kit from hombase for about a quid, and it has 2 of each size.....

I was going to suggest making a string and putty one - What's a lathe.

What a fuss! lol, Tap connections are neither 22mm nor 15mm, they are 3/4" or 1/2" with a 22m or 15mm pipe conection, the washer was simply a half inch tap washer, good you got sorted though KSH.

I did get it sorted out, thing that threw me was, the old one that fell out in numerous pieces seemed to be round - like an "O" ring and not a flat washer, the washer I actually needed Is just a normal tap washer, I'll know for next time
